C. Financial Data

We do not store your credit card numbers or banking information. All financial transactions are handled by our third-party payment processors:

• Google Play Console (for Android devices).
• Apple App Store (for iOS devices). You should review their privacy policies and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized gaming experience. Specifically, we use it to:

• Core Gameplay: Create and manage your account, facilitate multiplayer matchmaking (1v1 matches), and execute game mechanics like "The Floor" and "Quick Match".
• Economy Management: Track your Chip balance, manage In-App Purchases, and prevent bankruptcy via our "Bankruptcy Recovery" features.
• Analytics: Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience and the App's functionality.
• Security: Detect and prevent fraudulent activity, cheating (such as Elo manipulation and Chip Dumping), and other improper use of the App.
• Advertising: Deliver rewarded video ads that you may choose to watch to earn in-game currency.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

A. Third-Party Service Providers

We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, including:

• Firebase / Google Cloud Platform: Used for backend communication, player data management, authentication, and economy tracking.
• AWS: Used for real-time multiplayer networking and serverless compute.

B. Marketing and Advertising

We may verify your device identity with third-party ad networks to serve "Rewarded Video" ads. These partners may view, edit, or set their own cookies/tracking pixels.

C. Other Users

If you interact with other users of the App (e.g., in a match or on the Leaderboard), other users may see your name, profile photo, Elo rating, and descriptions of your activity.

4. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. This includes the use of secure session tokens and server-side validation for all gameplay actions to prevent client-side tampering. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

5. Policy for Children

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Given the "Social Casino" nature of PokerChess, this app is intended for users aged 17 and older (or the age of majority in the user's jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

6. User Controls and Data Retention

• Account Access: You may review or change the information in your account or terminate your account by logging into the App settings.
• Data Retention: We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our policies.
